Hey! Get your building out of my landfill.

Typically when a building is demolished, you end up with a buildings worth of material that ends up in a landfill…that’s bad.
Sometimes buildings are deconstructed rather than demolished and the construction materials can be reused instead of being put into a landfill…that’s good.
Enter Planet Reuse.
Planet Reuse is like the craigslist of reclaimed building materials (without the prostitution), their mission is pretty simple: “make it easy for designers, builders and owners to use reclaimed materials and you’ll keep those materials out of landfills”
Sounds good to me, plus I can get some LEED credit for using reclaimed materials (as long as it isn’t more than 500 miles away…)
