Zinc Architecture is a unique type of design company that combines professional architecture services with construction and interior design into a one stop shop for our clients who want a modern, environmentally responsible place to live or work. Our goal is to provide a well designed reasonably priced alternative to typical cookie cutter architecture.

THE FIRM

Zinc offers comprehensive architectural design services and construction as well as sustainability consulting and implementation. Zinc was founded in 2009 by Zach Provonchee AIA, LEED AP and Nicole Bates. The firm is licensed to practice architecture in Tennessee, Maine and New York.

SUSTAINABILITY

Zinc understands that there is more to sustainable architecture than the addition of “green” products. Zinc approaches the design process holistically, achieving sustainability through regionally appropriate design, careful material choices and building systems integration.
